Orange-Glazed Pork Chops
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops, and brown on each side. Add the orange juice, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Turn the pork chops over, cover and cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes. To serve, drizzle the syrup over the chops and, if desired, spread each thinly with orange marmalade. Makes 4 servings. end recipe
