The Effect of Gamma Rays on Marigold Fiesta Soup Tureens
Behold, the Fiesta Soup Tureen. Homer Laughlin pulled out all the stops to create an amazing commemorative for the 75th anniversary of its Fiesta line. HLC limited production to 10,000. Each piece includes a stamped serial number, numbered certificate of authenticity.
The soup tureen was produced exclusively in marigold. The four pieces in the set include an 11 5/8-inch round platter, a 3 quart bowl (10 1/2-inch diameter, 5-inch height), lid and stainless steel ladle with a ceramic handle.
The soup tureen was the company’s pièce de résistance in what became a banner year of exciting items produced in marigold for the china’s special birthday.
