
Cold, refreshing and lovely to look at, let White Sangria be the star of your next brunch or gathering of friends. For the wine, choose a nice neutral (not dry) white, such as Chenin Blanc, Chablis, Viognier or even a Piesporter.
This recipe can easily be doubled for a crowd.

White Sangria

Ingredients

1.5 liter bottle of white wine (see Note below)

1 cup of Paula’s Texas Orange liqueur (Or, Triple Sec is ok)

3/4 cups (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1 orange, thinly sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

One or two 1-liter bottles of chilled champagne or club soda

Garnish with strawberries, mangos and pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except champagne or club soda.
- Chill well.
- Add champagne or club soda just before serving.
