The perfect Mexican Martini from Austin, made without Sprite.

- 3 ounces tequila
- 1 1/2 ounce Cointreau or Paula's Texas Orange
- Splash of fresh orange juice
- 2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounces white vermouth
- 1/2 ounce of olive juice from the olive jar
- skewered cocktail olives
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add the first four ingredients.
- Shake until the contents are mixed and and chilled.
- Strain into martini glasses and serve with skewered olives.
Notes
Instead of olive juice from the jar, you can purchase specially bottled olive juice made for bartenders, such as Dirty Sue.
