Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1-pound box (3-3/4 cups) confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the softened cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer.
- Beat in the sugar, a little at a time.
- Add the vanilla and pecans, if desired, and mix well.
