Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- Champagne
Instructions
- Combine the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a champange flute and top with ice-chilled champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
