Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • Champagne

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a champange flute and top with ice-chilled champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
