Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8-ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups strawberry slices
- 15-1/2-ounce can crushed pineapple, slightly drained
- 1-1/2 cups sliced bananas
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping and remaining ingredients, and spoon into a 9×13-inch dish OR one or more containers or ramekins (see Note). Cover with aluminum foil and freeze until firm, 3 to 6 hours depending upon the size of the dish.
- Remove from freezer and remove aluminum foil 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
