Description
Serve this sauce on your favorite steak.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced or put through a garlic press
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, and heat until butter melts. Broiler juices from the steak may be added.
- Serve with steak.
