Broccoli Beef Sheet Pan Recipe

Dinner tonight will be quick and good with this beef and broccoli dish cooked on a sheet pan. That’s all there is to it! Serve over rice.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 Annie’s Asian Sesame Dressing, or equivalent
  • 1 1/4 pounds beef sirloin steak (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Green Onions, sliced
  • Cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a 15x10x1-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix dressing and 1 teaspoon of the soy sauce, add broccoli and toss to coat. Pour broccoli mixture into pan.
  4. Spread in a single layer. In same bowl, mix brown sugar, salt and remaining 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Add beef to mixture. Turn to coat. Add beef to pan with broccoli. Roast ten to fourteen minutes or until beef is cooked to desired doneness. (145° for medium-rare) and broccoli is fork tender. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
  5. Serve with rice and green onions.
  6. Makes 4 generous servings.
