Plum Fiesta Production: 2002 – 2015

Out of the tree of life, I just picked me a plum.

Plum Crazy about Fiesta

Fruit enthusiasts may note that plums appear in a a variety of colors stretching from brownish-red to deep purple and black. The shade HLC chose for this glaze is similar to the European plum variety, or, even more specifically, the Italian plum. For this reason alone, I urge you to serve a pasta meal with a homemade alfredo sauce on a Plum Fiesta Place Setting.

Some people find plum to be rather boring. However it’s continuous production since 2002 proves that plum sales have never been in the pits. Pieces in the photograph moving clockwise are the chop plate, mini-disc pitcher, A.D. Cup and Saucer (Ring Handle) and three juice tumblers.

If you seek more exciting shades of purple, you can always look to Heather, or, if you wallet can handle it, Lilac. I enjoy mixing Plum with Sunflower Yellow.

Collectors and sellers sell Plum Fiesta dishes online every day. Check here for the current list of auctions and Buy It Now specials.
