Why settle for just sour cream when you can have avocado sour cream? Two great tastes that taste great together! The extra dash of Cholula gives it a nice pep. This is a great sauce on tacos.

Avocado Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco or Cholula sauce, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the avocados, sour cream and heavy whipping cream in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Add the salt and pepper sauce. Add fresh chives if desired. Taste and correct for seasoning.
Notes
Store in an airtight container until ready to serve. Keeps for about eight hours.
