Ingredients
- 5 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1-1/2 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the sugar, almond extract and coconut into the egg whites. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
