Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 5 to 6 medium peeled fresh peach halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, flour and sour cream, blending well.
- Arrange the peach slices, cut side down, in the pie shell. Pour the cream mixture over the peaches.
- Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325°F, and bake 25 to 30 minutes more.
- Cool before serving.
