Ingredients

  • 1 package raspberry or lime Jell-O (large size)
  • 16-ounce can pears
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipping cream


Instructions

  1. Drain pears, and put the pear juice in a saucepan with enough water to make 2 cups.
  2. Heat to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Jell-O.
  4. Stir until the Jell-O dissolves, and allow to cool to room temperature.
  5. Beat the whipping cream until stiff and set aside in the refrigerator.
  6. Put the pears in a blender and purée.
  7. Add the cream cheese gradually until well blended.
  8. Fold pear mixture into the whipped cream and mix well.
  9. Add the cooled jello and mix again.
  10. Put this into a mold and refrigerate overnight.
