Frio River Cocktail Recipe

The Frio River is a short tributary in South Texas, a land home to many grapefruit trees. The Frio River Cocktail combines fresh grapefruit juice from the distinctively sweet Texas Rio Star grapefruit plus raspberry liqeur, with the traditional Manhattan cocktail. It’s a Texas grapefruit twist on the classic cocktail.

If you wanted a reason to keep raspberry liqueur in the house, now you have one.
