Using the above proportions, one Bloody Mary would consist of 2-1/2 ounces vodka, 5 ounces tomato juice, 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon each black pepper, salt and celery seed, 3 dashes Worcestershire and 1 dash Tabasco.

Ingredients
- 40 ounces (5 cups) chilled tomato juice
- 20 ounces (2-1/2 cups) chilled vodka
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- lime wedges
- celery sticks
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except lime wedges and celery sticks in a large pitcher.
- Stir. Serve over ice, and garnish individual glasses with spicy pickled green beans, lime wedges and celery sticks.
- Makes 2 quarts.
