Are you a fan of blue cheese? It’s actually a terrific ingredient to a burger. In this recipe, you divide out what becomes the top half and the bottom half of the hamburger patty. Then you seal them together with the cheese mixture in the middle. Feel free to taste test the cheese/mustard mixture so that you get the desired amount of blue cheese.
Since you are mixing this all into the patties, be sure to use lean ground beef. I tend to cook these blue cheese burgers on the shorter time side. Garnish burger with a blue cheese-stuffed olive.
