Goldilocks’ Favorite Pie Plate
Homer Laughlin decided to expand their pie baker line by adding two smaller sizes. They released the small pie plate measuring 6 3/8″ and the medium pie plate measuring 8 1/4 “. (Yes, these two smaller items are officially called pie plates, not pie bakers which is 11 3/4″ in diameter.). As of this writing, HLC officially has the plates in production, but for limited runs.
We roasted garlic in our medium pie plate to make our recipe for Rice with Garlic and Pine Nuts.
