Homer Laughlin took the classic design of the Fiesta disk pitcher, and successfully compressed that into a 4 1/2 oz. piece called the mini disk pitcher. Mini Disc Pitchers are not to be confused with the mid-size 28-oz. small disc pitcher.
Like it’s bigger brothers, it’s not particularly practical, but it’s a fantastic looking ceramic and people have gone bananas collecting them.
It’s been a steady seller for HLC, who have made it in every single color except for sapphire. There is additionally a growing set of unique patterns featuring flowers, birds, polka dots – on and on! Also of note, mini disc pitchers are a Post86 design. These were not produced during the vintage Fiesta years.
