Ingredients
- 2 cans beer
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade.
- The recipe makes 4 cups of sauce. Of course, you can half recipe to make 2 cups.
- Also use as a mop sauce during slow cooking or grilling.
