Mexican Coffee Recipe

Grab a bottle of Kahlua and warm up with a mug of Mexican coffee. Cinnamon stick is optional, but makes an excellent stirrer. I love one of these after dinner instead of plain old Irish Coffee. And yes this is one of those drinks which I am used to having to explain the mixture to the waitperson, “It’s two ounces of Kailua, two ounces of heavy cream and coffee.”

Mexican Coffee drink tip: Sip the drink through the cream. Do not stir it into the rest of the coffee.
