Texas Pecan Pie Recipe

Behold. This is the classic dessert, straight from the Lone Star State – Texas Pecan Pie! It’s quite easy to make, as long as you cook the pie crust properly.

You can use pecan halves arranged in an attractive pattern for the top layer if you like, but people will remember this pie more for its taste than its looks. Serve with a scoop of ice cream, or just some Kool Whip on the side.
