I dreamed this peachy drink up one hot Summer afternoon at Alexandre’s Bar in Dallas’ Oak Lawn neighborhood. Drink an esquire cocktail when it’s really hot outside, which in Texas means for many months of the year. Peach vodka really hits the spot during the heated Summer months, and Austin-produced Deep Eddy is on point.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Deep Eddy Peach Vodka or other peach-flavored vodka
- 1 ounce Lillet
- dash of orange bitters
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Topo Chico or regular club soda
Instructions
- Stir the peach vodka, Lillet and orange bitters together in a rocks glass.
- Top with Topo Chico or other club soda. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and enjoy.
